Susan grew up in Glencoe, MN. She moved to the Twin Cities to attend Normandale Community College and Metropolitan State University. Shortly after completing her education she returned to the peaceful country life of Glencoe.
Susan joined Shad Ketcher in his Hutchinson office of New Era Financial Group, Inc. in 2001. She has held many positions over the years and is currently the Marketing Coordinator for the Hutchinson office. Her responsibilities include organizing the many events hosted by New Era Financial Group, Inc. She also enjoys helping clients have the best retirement possible knowing the firms’ clients have worked their whole lives for an independent and enjoyable retirement.
In her free time, Susan enjoys cooking and gardening. She also enjoys camping with her husband and daughter and stays very busy volunteering at her daughter’s school and being involved with many church activities.
