Grant was born and raised in the small rural town of Aplington, Iowa. He attended Arizona State University and graduated in 1975 with Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business. He began his Financial Planning career shortly thereafter.
In 1976, Grant began his four-plus decade partnership with Don Warner. In May 1982, they co-founded New Era Financial Group, Inc. and in 1986 they co-founded New Era Financial Advisors, Inc. Grant serves as President of both firms.
Over the decades as financial trends and fads have come and gone, Grant has offered consistent direction for the complex issues faced by high net worth individuals. Grant offers his, and the firm's clients, vast experience and knowledge to help clients achieve their most important financial goals.
Grant and Kathi Jo, his wife of thirty-eight years, are the parents of three adult children. He is actively involved with several non-profit organizations in the Christian community. He is an avid outdoorsmen, enjoying riding and raising quarter horses and hunting big game throughout the United States.
