Craig grew up in Bismarck, ND and moved to Minneapolis in 1986 to study architecture and engineering. He worked in the field of mechanical engineering for five years and soon he realized his career interests laid elsewhere. He decided to pursue a career as a stock broker with a local firm where he specialized in small local stocks for five years.
In 1997, Craig was introduced to the owners of New Era Financial Group, Inc. and found their independence and client-centered focus to match his own philosophy on how best to serve the clients. Now, for over two decades, Craig has worked as an independent financial planner with New Era helping his clients navigate through life's transitions. In 2016, Craig became a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA) and believes strongly that biblical principles are a good guide in helping people achieve their long term financial goals.
