Our Team

Susan Brickzen	Susan has worked with Shad since 2001. She is originally from this area and after completing college she moved back to her hometown area. She resides with her husband & daughter at their home in the country. She enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Brandi Eckstein	Brandi has been in the financial planning industry since 2002 and joined New Era Financial in 2010. She assists clients in the many facets of the planning process. Brandi resides outside of Hutchinson with her husband and daughter where they enjoy the quiet life in the country.
Lisa Hauer	Lisa started with New Era Financial Group in 2010. She has over ten years of industry experience including a Certificate in Financial Planning. She is working with the team in Hutchinson primarily preparing financial plans for clients and setting up client meetings. She resides with her husband and two children in Silver Lake and enjoys playing cards, fishing and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
